The world of real estate & investing is ever growing and changing, and we’re not just talking about trends. With the consistent introduction of varying regulations at municipal, regional and federal levels and changing market conditions, the real estate sector is always evolving.

The opportunity for profit grows, but so does the complexity. Andrew takes pride in clearly explaining and navigating the often foggy landscape of real estate and its relationship to investors and industry professionals of all types.

Andrew helps his investor or real estate professional clients learn the necessary skills to be successful and sustainable in their pursuit. This education includes learning specifics relating to market conditions and trends, the necessary calculations and formulae, and a number of other key components when it comes to understanding financing and developing a plan. Andrew also educates his real estate professional clients with business and personal skills, that may be not be present in standard board curriculum, through measurement, immersion and implementation.

As a public speaker, Andrew can be hired and will provide presentations on various aspects of investment real estate. He incorporates his experience and knowledge to those larger events or engagements, being organized or sponsored by real estate professional and developer clients who require this type of education to be shared to their clients and/or audience.




Consulting & Coaching

Whether you are an investor or real estate professional or both, being an entrepreneur can be hard and overwhelming when you try to do it all yourself. Often the challenge is to find those helping specialists who understand your circumstances and then have hands on experience in your field to truly assist you.

Andrew is a firm believer in leveraging and learning from those that have the experience. Andrew is an avid learner of the humanities and has an insatiable appetite to understand how and why some individuals achieve success over others who share similar environmental conditions.

Over Andrew's career he has learned from many real estate and life skills masters and specialists, such as: Robert Kiyosaki, Alan Jacques, Ozzie Jurock, Don Campbell, T. Harv Eker, Cheri Huber, and Andrew Barber Starkey and many more. He draws upon the lessons learned from such master to assist his coaching and consulting clients.

Andrew walks his talk. He has and continues to be a member of a business coaching program since 2000 and is an active member of mastermind groups for years.

Andrew applies his empathetic and active listening skills, business/personal growth education, and work/life experiences to work with his clients to discover and remove their obstacles or challenges to help them to increase their businesses, bottom line and life satisfaction.


Project Marketing & Packaging

Every market and development is truly unique and there are so many variables that can affect the outcomes for developers' projects. Being able to recognize and respond to market changes in a timely manner can be challenging and yet necessary in order to have a successful outcome.

The overlying goal of any developer is to market and sell out their development as quickly and profitable as possible. Typically all the profits lie in the last segment of units to be sold so it is critical to get the project across the finish line.

Many developers build projects and plan to sell their properties all to the general retail public, however that is not always met with reality. Market conditions can change, and developers are sometimes faced with the task of responding to meet those changing market conditions by changing or augmenting their sales and marketing models to achieve their desired outcomes.

In order to assist the Developers successfully reach their targets, Andrew draws upon his 25 years experience in packaging, presenting, marketing and selling projects across Canada and in the US to investors.

The investor mentality and requirements are significantly different than the general retail market. Andrew creates packaging that addresses the needs for the investor while achieving the sales and marketing targets for the developer.
